Prestige Yachts 750
Debuted at last month’s Cannes Show, the Prestige Ya-
cht 750 is the largest model in the six-strong Bénéteau
Group Flybridge Line. Her hull was specially designed
to optimise volume, headroom and liveability, thus offe-
ring four cabins, with the owner’s suite forward on the
main deck, and two twins and a full-beammidships VIP
stateroom on the lower deck. What’s more, the aft sec-
tion is home to a twin crew cabin and head.
The Prestige Yacht 750 has been designed to cruise in
any sea state and boasts excellent steering, thanks to her
pod propulsion, V-shaped bow and deadrise angle crea-
ted by J&J Design. All of this allows the boat to deliver
a top speed of 28 knots and a comfortable cruising speed
of 24 knots, with a range of 320 miles. Particular care
has been paid to interior design and finishings, as well
as to the integration of all hydraulic, mechanic, electric
and electronic systems on board. This luxury yacht also
boasts an innovative and functional main-deck layout,
placing the galley to aft to give direct service to the coc-
kpit, whilst the central part is reserved for the full-beam
saloon. The spacious flybridge, well shaded by a fixed
hard top, offers a privileged space to appreciate the open
air and is complemented by a foredeck sunpad to enjoy
whilst underway.

Elegant, sleek and sporty, the Princess 72 MY – part of

Astondoa 72 GLX
The Alicante-based shipyard has channelled all its de-
sign and naval architecture know-how into this 22-me-
tre yacht whilst adopting modern solutions that we can
appreciate in the vertical hull windows, the design of
the flybridge and how it extends aftwards, and the pano-
ramic frameless side windows on the main deck.
The Astondoa 72 GLX stands out for her spacious
flybridge, an out-and-out daytime area with actually
more floorspace than on the 82-footer in the same range.
There’s plenty of interior room here, as well as an origi-
nal foredeck with two huge sunpads and tables. This is a
privileged area for sun worshipping whilst underway or
relaxation when at anchor.
The main-deck saloon, blessed with lots of headro-
om, features a semi-bulkhead between the living area,
dining area and galley, which provides two well-defined
spaces with large windows looking out.
Four cabins are placed on the lower deck, with a full-
beam owner’s suite enjoying panoramic windows mids-
hips. Guests are accommodated in two twin cabins and
a roomy VIP suite located in the fore section.
The yard offers twin 1224hp MAN engines as stan-
dard, or the option of 1360hp upgrades, which deliver
a top speed of 28 knots and 24-25 knots when crui-
sing.
